We derive our Pedagogy by adhering to Deming’s PDCA Cycles. Our Continuous Visual Skill Development Process involves the following key elements.
1. Normalization of Students
Once the student is admitted,
(a). Baseline student’s initial skill set
(b). Pre-requisite skill strength is analyzed and Improvement areas Identified
(c). Individual Action Plans and goals are drawn for each student to normalize skills
(d). Action plans implemented / fine-tuned
(e). Appropriate checks would be conducted to assess the improvements for both quality and consistency
2. Goals identified for each topic.
3. Significance of a topic is explained in terms of its history and applications
4. Topics are explained with adequate examples and audio visual lessons
5. Topical skills are checked before and after the lesson
6. Skills acquired in a topic are put to PDCA cycles for continuous improvement, Integrity (between topics) and Consistence.
7. Students are encouraged to ask questions. Students who are by nature not interactive would be encouraged to participate in discussions and extempore quiz during the class.
8. Parents would receive regular inputs regarding the student’s participation in a topic and progress made.
